Gloucester is a modern, vibrant, multi-cultural city which has major potential as both a regional and national centre for any business.

The launch of the Gloucester Heritage Urban Regeneration Company (GHURC) in 2004 sees the city set to benefit from £1 billion of private sector investment over future years with a string of major new developments taking place across seven sites known as "The Magnificent Seven".

One of these sites, The Gloucester Quays, has been granted planning permission by the Secretary of State. The £200 million scheme for a designer retail outlet centre (set to open in April 2009), foodstore, hotel, leisure developments, 1000 new homes and a new bridge to cross the Gloucester-Sharpness Canal, will be a massive boost to the regeneration of the city.

Gloucester is a major development area with great transport links and the infrastructure for major businesses to thrive.
